[Haikyuu!!] Having a Dream Is Enough

Youmeng Qianzi and Kozume Kenma had been neighbors since they were little. They went to the same elementary school, the same middle school, and even the same class in high school.

No one ever doubted that the two of them might get together, except for the two of them themselves.

"Kenma, aren't you worried someone will steal Qianzi away if you keep acting like this?"

Yaku Morisuke loved asking that question. After all, Kenma seemed far too unconcerned.

Kenma blinked, not understanding why Yaku would ask. After all, he and Qianzi had been denying they were a couple for a long time. "No, because Qianzi has terrible luck with men."

Yaku Morisuke let out a long sigh. "Sigh... Is that so?"

Until one day, Kenma realized that Qianzi seemed to have someone she liked, and that the person was a pretty decent guy. Slowly, Kenma began to understand...

Why was his answer always "No," instead of "I don't care"?

Liking your childhood friend is painful. Even more painful is realizing that your childhood friend genuinely has absolutely no interest in you. She hadn't even considered the possibility. No matter how he tried to hint at it, he couldn't get through to her.

Kenma felt defeated, and completely baffled.

How could Qianzi have the same grades as him with a brain like that?

1. I'm terrible at updating, run while you can.

2. The heroine is very soft and innocent. Please be warned.

3. My take on the characters may be out of character.

Theme: We're pure love, after all!
