Atobe Wants Me to Confess

[Peacock-strutting young master x emotionally oblivious blockhead]

Asagiri Mari moves from the countryside to Tokyo for her studies, and Atobe is asked to help her adjust to her new surroundings.

Atobe is considerate and gentlemanly, attentive and thoughtful. He does everything he can for her. He's a really good guy.

But...

At some point, Atobe starts acting a little strange.

Atobe: "Do you notice anything different about me today?"

"...Not really." He's wearing the same school uniform as yesterday, isn't he? Asagiri Mari is puzzled.

Atobe unhappily gives her a hint: "I'm wearing the perfume you gave me!"

Asagiri Mari realizes: "Oh, I see! But you always smell nice!"

She leans in for a sniff. "You do smell even better today!"

Atobe's cheeks turn bright red.

Asagiri Mari glances at the sun outside the window and reaches a conclusion: Ah, it must be because the sun is so strong.

Atobe: "I hate that you're such a blockhead!"

Everyone in the world knows Atobe likes Asagiri Mari. Everyone except Asagiri Mari.

[Please note]

1. One-on-one romance, a sweet slice-of-life story.

2. Both are devoted to each other, and each is the other's first love.

3. The writing is at an elementary school level, and it will probably turn into a two-person comedy routine. If that's not your thing, please steer clear.

Theme: Pure love is invincible!
