The Supporting Character Is Working Really Hard Today, Too

[Clearance mission: Make the target remember you forever.]

You: ? How is this a background-character mission?

System: Well... why wouldn't it be?~

You / after a moment's thought: ...Got it.

On the battlefield, as the remnants of the organization were being wiped out, a young Public Security officer who had only recently graduated from police academy shielded their superior with their own body.

"Senior..."

"You have to keep leading us... forward..."

·

With an ultra-grade cursed spirit attacking from behind, as a dependable assistant supervisor, there was no way you would let a sorcerer die on a battlefield like this.

"!! Why would you risk your life for us...?"

"Because I'm an adult. I'll get you all out of here."

·

The last piece of filthy bread went to the youngest child in the organization, but he secretly passed it to a blue-eyed boy with orange hair.

"It's okay... I'm not hungry at all! I still have candy here!!"

The System stared in confusion at the character cards, all of them dead: Why did you have to...?

You / waving a hand: Just tell me, did the targets remember me or not?

Theme: No job is too difficult for the world. If there is, find another way
