Lu You is a white deer spirit who lives with her family deep in the mountains. When she turns twenty-two, she's kicked out of the house, supposedly to learn how to survive in the human world.
The poor little deer arrives at the special department with her luggage and a letter of recommendation to apply for an ID, only to discover she doesn't have a penny to her name.
How is she supposed to survive!? How!?
Who can relate?! Starting from the start with nothing, on hard mode!
The staff tell her that lots of people make short videos these days, and she could become a small-time streamer. At least she wouldn't starve.
Then, thanks to her special abilities, she becomes a pet communication specialist.
Lu Qingqi is feeling rather troubled. She holds a letter marked with the deer clan's insignia, its contents leaving her at a loss.
The deer clan's little white deer is coming to live in the human world this year, and they want a prominent demon to look after her. The special department has brought the letter straight to her, saying that no demon is more capable or influential than she is.
But... not only is there no name on the letter, she's a wolf!
A gentle big black wolf pretending to be cold and domineering x a genuinely pitiful little white deer
