Wen Li chose to buy him, and in return, won a prince's love and loyalty. (Reader's note: The bottom is a prince who has fallen on hard times. The top happens to meet him and treats him as an equal, with no discrimination or humiliation.) ~~ World Two: Doctor vs. A Love-Starved, Blind Female Zerg Who's Great at Acting Cute for the Top Dashing, powerful top vs. gorgeous, love-starved bottom (a doting top, with a slight S streak) Lu Ze, nicknamed the “Ghost-Handed Healer.” If the King of Hell says you'll die at the third watch, he can keep you alive until the fifth. But to get him to treat you, you have to meet one requirement: he only treats patients with difficult, incurable illnesses. Though his reputation as the “Ghost-Handed Healer” spread far and wide and he saved countless people from the brink of death, those who knew him were terrified, calling him a lucid madman. Perhaps he had stolen too many lives from the King of Hell. One day, he died in a car accident and arrived in a completely new country. There, he met a female Zerg who was just his type. Even a canary can dream of freedom, but a blind bird can only curl up in his palm, singing the same tireless song over and over. A cold, disciplined, clear-headed madman gets a kind, obedient, blind little bird. (Reader's note: The two are engaged to each other for political reasons in this world. There is no humiliating behavior.) ~~ World Three: A Love-Starved, Bad-Tempered Brat vs. A Motherly Man Who Plays Both Mom and Dad A sharp-tongued, stubborn, tsundere top and a cool-headed imperial general in the early stages, a pale-skinned, six-foot-two, broad-chested motherly man (the bottom falls first; the top takes longer to catch on, so there may be more unrequited-love scenes) A peek at their sweet later days: He watches you make a fuss with a straight face, then goes to sleep once you're done. Xie Sang (serious): I think your problem is serious. You forgot to kiss me goodbye this morning! Frank calmly nods, taking it all in stride, then wipes Xie Sang's face and mouth, finishing with a dab of fragrance. Xie Sang (pouting): Did you hear what I said?! Frank looks up, unfazed. “Of course...” (and gives a perfect summary) For some reason, Xie Sang gets even angrier. After staring at Frank for a few seconds, he tackles him to the ground. “Go to sleep!” (Reader's note: The bottom pampers the top from beginning to end.) ~~ World Four: Gentle, Sickly Top vs. A Wild Eastside Boxer, a Dark-Skinned Female Zerg Ming Yunjin likes dogs. He thinks Gordon is a big dog: a little dumb, looks fierce but is very well-behaved. He rubs his wet nose against Ming Yunjin's palm, and when you pet his head, he happily wags his tail. Ming Yunjin likes him very much. (Reader's note: Body paint and toys make appearances~) P.S. The redemption arc doesn't just mean the top saves the bottom. He was supposed to help the protagonist avoid a fate of being toyed with and abused to death by a male Zerg. But because of a System error, Chu Ling had been sent into the story before its events began. The System, deeply ashamed of its huge mistake, felt especially guilty. The reward for completing the mission was to send its Host home, with no other perks. It worried that Chu Ling, whose life was now so happy, would refuse the mission. To its surprise, Chu Ling agreed. The day Chu Ling learned that he had a System after all, he barely reacted. He casually tucked the hospital diagnosis into a lesson plan he had already prepared, then opened a drawer and took out two divorce agreements. He was willing to divorce and wanted nothing. He only wanted to go home. Theme: Be kind-hearted, and save each other
