A Brainpower 8 Villainous Mind in Gotham [Western Crossover]

*[Very sorry! While outlining, I realized the planned secret identity trope really didn't suit the story I wanted to write QAQ, so I'm changing it to a costume-change play (meaning the character's basically up to no good, but their class is random!)]

Tav opened Baldur's Gate 3, created a Dark Urge character, and got ready to play all day...

The game finished loading, and she transmigrated, becoming the very character she'd just created... Had she chosen a class?

After landing in Gotham, Tav received two messages:

Bad news: She hadn't chosen a class.

Good news: She hadn't chosen a class.

[Good morning, True Soul! Welcome to Gotham! Your class today is... Bard! Oh, sweet-talking songbird, may you have a wonderful day in Gotham!]

Tav: ?

(The blurb below hasn't been revised yet!)

Tav, in Gotham and two million in debt: It's fine, I can make a few secret identities and earn money on the side. If all else fails, I can be a bard and sing for tips...

[Automatically accepted quest: Dark Urge]

Wait, nobody told her the Dark Urge would kill people in their sleep!

She woke up to find some ugly guy lying on the ground with a peaceful, happy smile. Tav's smile gradually stiffened: "…"

Where's the booze-god gene? Help me out here!!!

*

To fight the Dark Urge, keep the people and animals around her safe, and avoid getting hauled off to Arkham by Gotham's code enforcement, Tav grabbed the Monster Manual and her character sheet and embarked on an exciting life as a super anti... superhero.

Tav: I lie, intimidate, steal, knock people out, and say outrageous things, but I'm a good person.

1. The CP depends on how the story develops. No picking a favorite. I'll update this once it's decided.

2. Mainly Marvel and DC, with some Baldur's Gate 3 references and a few character cameos. You don't need to have played the game. The monsters are from D&D. You can think of the Dark Urge as "I see someone and want to kill them." jpg

3. OOC warning, with some original settings. Lore experts, please go easy on me. I only know how to follow the rules qaq

Theme: Become a good person
