Stolen Away by a Ruthless Tyrant

An old abandoned project of mine. I'm writing a short version to finish it.

Blurb

The men and women of the Wen clan of Hengzhou are cursed. Upon reaching adulthood, they are afflicted by a love-bug that clings to them like a maggot on the bone, leaving them with an insatiable, bestial desire.

Wen Yan is the only person in a century of the Wen clan to show promise of rising to high office and bringing glory to his family. He may be the one to save his entire clan.

But with a tyrant on the throne, all his talents have nowhere to shine.

Until Wen Yan's teacher arranges for him to serve at the tyrant's side.

"A-Wen, I want you to persuade His Majesty to marry and have children. Once it's done, I'll let you stay in the capital and develop an antidote for your clan."

What his teacher doesn't know is that Wen Yan wants not only to break his family's curse, but also to stay by his teacher's side.

Wen Yan has fallen for the teacher who raised him into the man he is.

Wen Yan successfully enters the palace, only to find a young man seated in the depths of the dim, shadowy hall, covered in blood and watching him with amusement. "What? Are you here to bear me a child too?"

Wen Yan does his best to stay calm, but when the young man gets a clear look at his face, his murky eyes suddenly light up.

It is the look of a beast setting its sights on prey.
