Winter Xingyu, the young master of the Bai family, was born under an ill-fated star and sent to the family’s old home as soon as he was born.
Twenty years later, he was brought back, only to find that the family already had an outstanding adopted son.
Some mocked Winter Xingyu as a country bumpkin. Some waited to see him make a fool of himself. Others felt it was a shame that someone so beautiful was a jinx.
Just as everyone gathered gleefully to watch the Bai family’s melodramatic spectacle, waiting to see how he would be driven out of the house
Winter Xingyu, the one they called useless, was respectfully escorted away by the director of the Supernatural Studies Monitoring Bureau.
Apparently, he had been invited to join the official supernatural team as a special consultant, better known as a supernatural master.
Everyone: ???
From a melodramatic rich-family tale about a real and fake young master to a supernatural master, isn’t something wrong with this script?

Winter Xingyu had a secret: he had a master who didn’t belong in the modern era.
When he was two, he was accidentally transported from the mountains to a thousand years in the past, where he became the personal disciple of Winter Xuan, the Imperial Preceptor.
Later, Winter Xingyu returned to modern times and was forced to lose contact with his master.
After being brought back to the wealthy family, Winter Xingyu battled Shen Xuanxu, a great evil ghost capable of destroying the world, for months and finally killed him.
With everything settled, Winter Xingyu decided to summon his gentle, accepting, immortal-like master to the present so he could repay him for his kindness.
The formation gate opened, and vast clouds of black mist surged forth.
The evil ghost Shen Xuanxu, whom he had just killed, emerged from within and smiled. “Good boy, it’s been a long time.”
Winter Xingyu: ???
Where is my master? Where is my gentle, very much alive master?
Only after the moody evil ghost took him to bed and tormented him until he was teary-eyed did Winter Xingyu understand.
His immortal-like master had turned into an evil ghost long ago.
He was none other than the evil ghost Shen Xuanxu, with whom Winter Xingyu had been hurting each other.
