Er Yuan is a stray white puppy. To save the benefactor who once fed him, he travels a thousand miles into the mountains, only to be brutally tortured and killed by criminals. The last thing he sees is a sky full of flames and explosions.
When he opens his eyes again, he's in a dump in a southern town. Miraculously, he's alive again, now a strange little white dog in town.
The television in a restaurant is broadcasting the news: Yun Qi, heir to the Yun family, died in a kidnapping, and his body was never found.
Heartbroken, Er Yuan goes two days without eating and faints by the roadside. When he wakes up, he finds that a battered husky has brought him back to its den.
From then on, wherever Er Yuan goes, the husky silently follows him. It seems to think Er Yuan belongs to it. It finds food for him, hunts for him, makes him a nest, and beats up the packs of strays that bully him.
Er Yuan is deeply moved and accepts the husky as his big brother in his heart.
The days pass, sometimes peacefully and sometimes perilously. Then Er Yuan's first heat arrives. Through the introductions of other dogs, he meets a police dog, an adult black-backed German shepherd. He's handsome, has a steady job, and seems like a dog you could build a stable life with.
That night, Er Yuan has a date with the shepherd in the woods, but doesn't show up.
1. They're animals, but I'll still clarify: both are virgins, one-on-one.
2. None of the animals in the story, including the top and the bottom, will turn into humans.
3. Slice-of-life, with a casual, day-to-day feel. The bottom will have puppies, so avoid if that's not for you.
