[Genshin Impact] Today's Weather: Sunshine and Showers

As an overworked employee who dreams every day of beating the stuffing out of Teyvat, would you ever want to date your workaholic boss? The answer is obviously no! * I served Palais Mermonia and bled for the Marechaussee Phantom. Back then, hoping for a relaxed, peaceful life, I chose to become Neuvillette's assistant and secretary. After a few centuries as a civil servant in Fontaine, I don't want to work at my desk until I die. And to make sure my friendship with Neuvillette doesn't grow distant because we're boss and subordinate, I decided to quit! Boom! The moment Neuvillette saw the resignation letter I'd handed him in person, thunder crashed and torrential rain began pouring down over the Court of Fontaine. Sigh. I really hope this downpour doesn't last until tomorrow. I'm waiting to go out and have fun. * Me (Bunael): I want to stay just friends with Neuvillette! (We can't be boss and subordinate anymore! We're practically strangers now!) Neuvillette: ... (thunderstorms, torrential rain) (quietly sheds little pearls when no one's looking) (wants to be Bunael's boyfriend) (Is he warning me not to cross the line? Are we only allowed to be ordinary friends?) [Reader's Guide] 1. I wasn't in the best state of mind while writing, so the protagonist is a bit weird and brainless (not really), and I have no outline. I'll make it up as I go, so the story might go off the rails. Also: Bunael can get pregnant, but whether he does later depends on my flexible moral compass. Hehe. 2. The game says it rains when Neuvillette is emotionally moved. But that's way too romantic, so I think it's only fair that in fanfiction the sky clears when he's happy and rains when he's sad and shedding little pearls. 3. The “My Dear Beverly” arc has been revised and is ready to read! 4. Bunael's values aren't the author's. It has to do with his background, but I won't spoil it for now. 5. It's a free story, so what more could you ask for? I'm writing this labor of love for myself. If you don't like it, please don't be cruel; just click away. Thank you! Theme: Let me retire! The Geo Archon next door already worked himself to death!
