An Ordinary College Student, but a Divine Wife

Ying Xuesheng is a university student about to graduate. Desperate to land a good job, he's busy polishing his resume and doing everything he can to improve it.

Ying Xuesheng, interning at a pet shop, tugs on the dog's leash in confusion. "Whose dog got lost? Did you forget its vaccinations? Wait, is this dog not neutered?"

The T2-rank heresy, the Zoo Rules Horror. Every section of the zoo has different rules, and the rules contradict one another and are full of lies. The containment team members are nearly in despair.

Ying Xuesheng, interning at the zoo, flips a sign over while grumbling. "Who turned the sign with the visitor rules backward?! How are visitors supposed to read it? Anyone would think the boss was an idiot!"

The T1-rank heresy, the Biology Factory. Countless S-rank monsters hide inside this factory, taking pleasure in tormenting humans.

The containment team members are tormented by them, suffering unbearably as fear nearly consumes them.

Then they open the door to a laboratory and see Ying Xuesheng dissecting a monster.

"What a coincidence, we meet again! Oh, I forgot to mention, my major is actually biological research. I just happened to start an internship at the factory today."

The clean-cut, innocent-looking young man smiles with the clear, sunny warmth of a college student.

Yet the scalpel in his hand is smeared with green blood, and the monster that drove the containment team to the brink is being disemboweled beneath it, its body in a pitiful state.

The containment team members stare in shock.

Where did this hidden powerhouse come from?!

The danger level of the SSS-rank heresy "Divine Kingdom" is growing at an explosive rate. Several containment teams from the Abnormality Management and Containment Bureau should have been wiped out inside it.

Yet in this massive heresy, they encounter a strange young man.

The boy is neat and clean, lively and warm, seeming like nothing more than an utterly ordinary college student passing through.

Yet it is this "extraordinarily ordinary" college student who saves the containment teams from dire straits again and again.

He gives them rabies shots, guides them through the zoo, and helps them hack down high-risk heresies in the biology factory.

And every time Ying Xuesheng protects them, the darkness of the monsters stains him. This is the "corruption" most feared by the Abnormality Management and Containment Bureau, a torment worse than any other for its containment members.

So one day, when a horde of monsters attacks and the young man shoves them aside before plunging alone into the abyss of darkness, their eyes redden. They slaughter the monsters desperately, trying to get back the boy who sacrificed himself to help them.

Until, deep in the darkest lair, they watch helplessly as the boy rises onto his tiptoes and kisses the enormous, indescribable monster.

"There, I'm only going out to work. Could you stop getting your pheromones all over me every time? They're black, and kind of ugly."

He smiles. "Be good."

They thought the monsters were corrupting Ying Xuesheng. In reality, it was merely the Lord of the Divine Kingdom marking his wife before she went out.

She is the wife the Divine Lord treasures above all else.

[Extra Scene]

Bureau Director: "I know that inviting you to join us is presumptuous, given how exalted your position is, but we still wanted to be brave and give it a try."

Ying Xuesheng hesitates.

"If you join us, we'll provide you with a position. The starting monthly salary is one hundred thousand, and it will go up later. It may seem a little low to you..."

Ying Xuesheng wavers.

"We'll also provide you with a permanent government position... Of course, that's not to restrict you, but to give you better security..."

Ying Xuesheng declares loudly: "Okay, I'm in!!!"
