The Handsome Pregnant Man in the Blighted Town

Lod Town was the first human base to fall, overrun by pollutants.

Now it has become a nest that nourishes monsters.

That has nothing to do with Li Zhan, though.

As the only child of the inspector of the world's wealthiest and safest zone, even though he's delicate and beautiful, too frail to lift or carry anything, he can still live a life of comfort and ease.

He has a happy family. His parents dote on him, and his husband and child love him.

Wait...

Where did he get a husband and child?

After realizing that he had gaps in his memory, Li Zhan began observing his surroundings.

The first thing that seemed wrong was his mother.

One morning, she brought him chicken congee and gazed at him with tender affection. But Li Zhan clearly remembered that she had been blind since he was very young.

The second thing that seemed wrong was his husband, Wen Linyuan.

Wen Linyuan was his husband, but Li Zhan had no memory of him. When he opened his eyes that day, the trash can was full of used condoms, all bulging with evidence of the previous night's passion. Red-faced and disbelieving, he fled into the bathroom. In the mirror, he saw vicious bite marks on his waist.

Mom said he was pregnant again.

The third thing that seemed wrong was the new neighbors.

They seemed to know him.

They always regarded him and his belly with wary, frightened eyes, murmuring, "I'm sorry."

Li Zhan wanted to ask why, but the next day they had all disappeared.

The strangest of all was his attending physician.

With a refined, handsome face and the gentlest voice, he coaxed Li Zhan into spreading his legs.

"A man's birth canal is narrower and tighter. Only with regular care can you safely deliver a baby."

His reasoning sounded perfectly plausible.

But when Li Zhan turned around, drenched in sweat,

he saw the mild-mannered doctor sniffing a wet medical glove with rapture.

That glove had just been inside him...

One day, Li Zhan suddenly remembered.

His attending physician had a face that looked like his husband's.

Li Zhan couldn't make sense of the strange things happening around him until he found a Lod Town Pollutant Cleanup Mission Order in his missing neighbor's home. It read: Clean up SSS Polluted Zone: Lod Town. Eliminate SSS Pollution Source: Li Zhan.

Huh?

Li Zhan tilted his head.

Who's the pollution source? Me?
