Synopsis

Heaven's mandate is above all. King Zhou of Shang disrespects Heaven and his ancestors, murdering his father and killing his elder brother. He deserves Heaven's punishment.

...Really? Does he?

What exactly is Heaven's mandate, and who gets to decide?

Based primarily on the film, with the Investiture of the Gods novel as a supplement. Some elements are my own inventions, and all the OOC is on me.

A chopstick holder full of Investiture of the Gods characters: draw any one and it's straight, pick any two and they're a couple.

Theme: My fate is mine to control
