Everyone knows that the Land of Light's Science Bureau has three big names.

The God of Science, Hikari; the reclusive genius Tregear; and its newest top scorer in the written exams, Feilai, who “made a name for herself with one explosion.”

Feilai: I blew up the Science Bureau once, and people have been talking about it ever since.

Feilai knows that the public's opinion of Hikari and Tregear is only skin-deep.

The so-called God of Science is always doubting himself, and has a habit of silently taking all the blame upon himself.

The so-called reclusive genius is insecure yet gentle. He likes to put himself down, but always encourages her.

Feilai: Does drawing a bunch of tubes of my photonic particles count?

Hikari: That's all you remember???
