Gin Is Worried About My Studies and Going Bald

[The second book, Veterinarian, and Gin, Married, is complete.] After overcoming countless dangers, Gin and Xu Wanwan finally receive their ultimate mission from the mainframe. After arriving in the mission world, Gin is quite pleased. Once they destroy that lousy organization and Xu Wanwan gets into college, he can go home and never set foot in those trash worlds haunted by vengeful ghosts again. For the sake of a peaceful retirement, he secretly causes trouble for the organization with all his might, using up the loyalists and hollowing out its core forces. But when he turns to look at his good partner, he belatedly realizes that Xu Wanwan's exam scores are the absolute bottom of the barrel. Scene Two: Touko, her Chinese tutor, holds back a grimace as she looks at Xu Wanwan's quiz paper, full of answers that have nothing to do with the questions. Touko: Miss Xu, how did you go from the author catching fish by the river as a child to the conclusion that the country was about to fall? Xu Wanwan: Doesn't it say the author didn't know where the river was flowing? Isn't that a hint that there's no future? And doesn't a country with no future have to fall? Touko: ... Her English tutor, Cat, looks at the essay in his hands, which is filled with unfamiliar physics terminology. Cat: Miss Xu, can you tell me why you wrote an answer about physics for a question on astronomy? Xu Wanwan: The essence of astronomy is physics. What's wrong with writing about physics? Cat: ... Scene Three: Her weathered big brother stares at Xu Wanwan's latest report card, close to tears. Gin: Xu Wanwan, please, do your best. Do it for me, if nothing else. Can you stop getting single-digit scores? Theme: True love is always a two-way journey.
