[Sharp Tongue, Honest Heart: Spoiled Aristocratic Lady vs. Cold, Powerful, Loyal Prince]
This is my first book. I lost my footing toward the end and the writing fell apart, so read with caution.
Here is the blurb:
Chai Jia was born into a wealthy, eminent family. A celebrated beauty among the capital's aristocracy, she suffered a head injury in an accident.
While unconscious, she had a strange dream. Everything in it had something to do with her unseen fiancé, Prince Yan.
Who was Prince Yan?
Rumor had it he killed without batting an eye, earning him the title of the Cold-Faced King of Hell.
Chai Jia was shaken. Thank goodness it had only been a nightmare.
Just as she began to let her guard down, she heard a eunuch mention something about Prince Yan.
By an uncanny coincidence, it matched the dream exactly.
Chai Jia wondered: Could it be that she could read Prince Yan's mind?!
She didn't want to marry a murderer. Lucky for her, she'd gained the ability to get the better of Prince Yan, and all she wanted was to use it to force him to call off the engagement.
But no matter how much she tried to disgust him, he seemed completely confident, and even looked as though he had fallen for her.
Chai Jia: ...
Wait, does Prince Yan really have no bottom line?
*
Xiao Ling seemed to have been born to wealth and privilege, but in truth he was lonely and isolated. The only light in his dark nights was the kindness the young woman had once shown him.
He had never dared to hope, until a eunuch caused a misunderstanding involving him.
After that, he noticed his childhood crush drawing closer to him again and again:
She would dress up and wear perfume when she saw him, show concern for what he ate, and dislike every man but him...
Xiao Ling appeared as serene as a bodhisattva in a shrine, but inside, his heart was in turmoil as he secretly delighted:
So she has feelings for me too.
Xiao Ling fell in love, convinced that he and Chai Jia shared a devotion that would last until death.
But only after they married did he discover that his delicate beloved had long since forgotten everything about him from their childhood. All of it had been wishful thinking!
But his feelings ran too deep, and there was no turning back.
So what if she didn't remember him? He would simply imprint everything that belonged to him on her again...
[Reading Guide]
1. One-on-one romance, both leads' first relationship, happy ending.
2. The dynasty and place names are fictional, so please don't overanalyze them.
Theme: Only when both people reach for each other does love have meaning
It felt like the ending was a bit rushed, but the past of the male and female protagonists in the extra story was still easy to deal with. Suddenly he understood the deep affection of the male protagonist. After all, the female protagonist was the one who changed his life.
All I can say is that the heroine is really brainless. It made me suffer from embarrassment. She was selfish. In the end, she escaped just to be used as a hostage for the enemy.
Babies, check out the pre-collection, roll around and act cute, please collect it ~ ① "Broken Jade to the Bone"|Robbery, Chasing Wife at the Crematorium| [Gentle and tough lady x gentle appearance but actually dark and crazy uncle] ②"Chasing Cranes"|A sweet story about childhood sweethearts| [Clever Tie Shu Taoist nun x arrogant and sinister young emperor]
Hahaha, if you have something to say, just say it.
Xiao Bupleurum is specially used to treat depression and unhappiness. They're just a mischievous young couple. Male protagonist, don't be too efficient. You have to be busy chasing your wife QAQ

It feels a bit confusing. Does the heroine like it or not?
So well written! The heroine is super cute, so cute
