And So the Ψ Route Livestream Began

A full-cast rescue fanfic inspired by One-Eyed Cat: Yoshiko Saiki’s Jujutsu Kaisen bad-ending premonition dreams are livestreamed to all the victims. Then the timeline starts veering in a direction completely different from its original course. A serious story, a guaranteed happy ending, and an adventure of premonition dreams livestreamed by a deadpan, eccentric woman who’s a sorcerer, with a slow-burn romance alongside the main plot. Pairing: Gojo-sensei, but with lots of younger Gojo, Yoshiko, and 275 Oreos, and two romances with one person (?) Progress: Serialization begins → Jujutsu exorcists interpret the dreams + everyday life at the cafe + light main plot, romance, and platonic family comedy → slow-burn romance in the later parts → ending (we’re already here!) Starting April 20, bonus chapters and epilogues will be updated every night at 11 p.m. Yoshiko Saiki, twenty-six, has been away from home for ten years and runs a cafe in Tokyo. She has prophetic dreams. In her dreams, Tokyo lies in ruins, purple fireworks burst across the sky, ordinary people are trapped in a jujutsu battle royale, and a strange office lady wanders around with an unexplained headache, craving McDonald’s. In her prophetic dreams, she sees Shinjuku and Shibuya destroyed. A monk wearing Gojo’s robes leans against the wall as he walks, while a blond man with a burn scar and a three-seven part stands at the entrance to a subway platform. Some people are trapped behind an invisible wall of air, unable to escape. Others search for supplies in an abandoned city... But at first, Yoshiko’s dreams weren’t like this at all. They were just a side job for a busy cafe owner People who are about to die come into her dreams. She nudges their fates a little farther away, and they can rest for a while in her dreams, turning them into a second life for someone who can’t easily get out and about. The cause of all this was simple enough: she had a dream unlike any she’d had before. The protagonist of her premonition was turned into a cyborg who loved eating random people’s burgers, then exorcised by a youthful-looking white-haired high school boy. Then came the next dream. ‘Would you like to livestream your prophetic dreams?’ Strange notification text appeared in her field of vision. Yoshiko in the dream: (confused) (completely lost) “Huh?” ‘Connecting you to viewers...’ No one had asked her permission. And so the livestream of her world’s bad-ending timeline began. Yoshiko: To the viewers watching, could you please stop speaking in riddles and trying to recognize each other in my livestream? Yoshiko: Also, Mr. Gojo and little Satoru, aren’t you related? Could you please stop arguing while I’m caught in the middle? It’s getting hot in here. She doesn’t quite understand why little Satoru dislikes Mr. Gojo the teacher so much. The streamer tries to mediate and put in a good word for each of them with the other, but for some reason, the two of them only become more hostile toward each other. Yoshiko: You ship them? Oh, are they injured? * And in her very first official livestream, Yoshiko saw a burst of purple light pollution explode over the center of Shibuya, reduced to ruins. Before she could figure out what was happening, she was abruptly kicked off the livestream at lightning speed. White-Haired DK, Top Donor: “...Seriously?” * This story may include: Two versions of Gojo setting each other’s hearts on fire; Unintentionally collecting lots of friends and family; Wordplay and mental battles, a Mary Sue (?), a person so loaded with buffs you have to ask if they’ve stacked too many, dark humor, a beloved group mascot, everyday platonic comedy routines, and more beloved-group-mascot elements... The author just has tacky taste. The protagonist is an intellectual-type sorcerer, so her body may be on the weak side. The timeline will be changed significantly. Some Culling Game content will be included. This was a sudden all-character rescue fic inspired by getting hit too hard, so the challenges are enormous, but so are the victories. It’s a guaranteed happy ending, though plenty of things will certainly be made up. It’s part of a parallel-world series with the story next door, but you don’t need to read them together. * Coming next, please check out: [Jujutsu Kaisen] I’m Too Poor to Move Out of the Haunted House Hands grow from beneath Maria’s bed, a child lives in her wardrobe, and sometimes an eyeball appears in the milk her microwave heats up. But it’s a good house. Because the rent is only a third of the market rate. Maria yanks at her hair. “Do you think I live in a haunted house because I like it? I live in one because I’m broke! Stop coming to exorcise it!” Also: Yuka is about to become a college student. While working part-time, she finds a historically themed, realistic dating simulator and decides to visit different eras and have a blast dating paper men who are plentiful, absolutely adore her, and never talk back. But perhaps her subconscious expectations have influenced the game AI’s automatic character creation. ...Yuka’s eager desire for money and her loathing of being a wife (servant) combine to create the perfect in-game identity. Either she’s a widow or a delicate young woman about to lose her husband, turning a dating simulator into a widow simulator. She watches the game system’s list of available love interests. She listens to the hollow condolences of people who supposedly came to pay their respects as friends and family. Then she looks down at the list of the supposedly late husband’s inheritance in her hands. ...Having suddenly become a rich widow, Yuka instinctively wipes away nonexistent tears with a banknote and puts on the look of a woman who brings death to her husbands. What kind of treatment is this? It’s too good! Theme: Work hard to create a warm reality that belongs only to us
