How Can You Even Keep Writing This Novel?!

1.

You have a best friend whose main job is writing novels.

Lately, she's been stuck. She gets drunk and asks you, "Would you be willing to help me straighten out the plot?"

You say yes.

You never expected that every night afterward, you'd transmigrate into your friend's novel.

Then you suddenly remember the title: How Is It Illegal to Stalk the Male Lead Every Day Because I Love Him So Much?

You: "..."

That's illegal!

And your friend is good at getting stuck, going on hiatus, botching the ending, and running away.

You: "..."

Damn it, this is an enemy disguised as a friend!

2.

Fortunately, you can transmigrate back every day.

So you try your best to steer your friend, at least keeping her from suddenly going off the rails, abandoning the story, or ruining the ending.

One day, just before you're about to transmigrate, you check your friend's latest update:

[...The male lead pins the female lead to the ground, ***...**...***...]

You: "?"

Oh no, a story-lock warning! I have to get in there and stop it!

3.

Actually, you don't try particularly hard in that world, because it's your time off and you really need to sleep.

One day, you're dozing with your head on your desk when someone drapes a jacket over you.

You look up. The sunny, cheerful male lead smiles at you. "Don't catch a cold."

You: "..."

Could your friend's gloomy little psycho really have written this male lead?

4.

Actually, he's always known that he's in a novel.

A day might repeat several times. Everything might be turned upside down. Good people might become bad, and bad people might be redeemed...

It's because the author is revising the story.

Especially that perverted stalker. He kills her five times, but she never dies.

Because she's the female lead.

When he sees her again, the male lead smiles, a knife hidden in his sleeve.

But the girl suddenly turns away, her face contorted, and mutters, "I don't want to end up on a crime show!"

Male lead: "..."

After that, he never took the knife out again.

But he had a chain made.

He thought that someday it might come in handy, for example, to chain himself to her side.

P.S. Snarky female lead vs. yandere, pitiful male lead

The main story is in third person. It should be a short story, hehe.

Theme: Don't give up hope on love. If all else fails, I can always find perfect love in my dreams.
