Black Butler, Moriarty the Patriot, and Spy x Family, with Anya crashing the party.

"The Phantomhives are the Queen's dogs, and Neuvillette is the Heavenly Principles' dog."
That's what the media says.
In response,
William James Moriarty: "That's actually a pretty apt comparison."
Ciel Phantomhive: "Hmph."
Neuvillette: "Strictly speaking, I'm a dragon."

In an alternate Victorian era, the gates between the three realms have collapsed. Magic intertwines with the roar of machinery, while the gods pass judgment on the sins of humans and demons.
Neuvillette opens his eyes and awakens in this unfamiliar world.
The rules of the Heavenly Principles have spread across this otherworldly continent, and he seems to be the supreme judge who wields their authority and oversees a corner of the mortal world.
Neuvillette touches his beautiful silver hair and gazes at the imposing image of the Dragon King in the mirror...
Is it him, or is it not?
Rain falls when he's sad, and the skies clear when he's happy. Though this body is entirely unfamiliar, wielding elemental power comes naturally to him. His mind is also full of memories obscured by thick gray fog... Most importantly, he has a handsome and gentle duke by his side, who keeps calling him "my grand judge."
And so the grand judge becomes increasingly lost, while behind him, a certain wolfish duke watches his flushed ear tips, his eyes filled with the joy of having regained what he'd lost and an almost obsessive possessiveness...
The story of Teyvat has been buried beneath wind and snow. No one will ever know that he once held his battered, icy-cold body close and made one final deal with the Heavenly Principles.
Tips:
1. Alternate setting: Neuvillette's full name is Vian Neuvillette. Vian is Neuvillette, the same soul. It's just that, because of @#,¥%#-…@*!, it looks as though he's transmigrated into another body.
2.
Main couple: Prison Judge.
No secondary couples, since there are too many threads to untangle (yeah).
3. I'm obsessed with this pairing. There will be angst along the way, especially in the Teyvat arc, but it will definitely have a happy ending.
4. I'm not doing any of that 12+ stuff. Let's write something 16+. In a word, if the HoYoverse dares to write it, I'll write it; if the HoYoverse doesn't dare, I'll write that too. That's what a fanfic girl is! (flings cape and exits)
5. The author's tastes are odd. I daydream all the time and write whatever I dream up (not really).
Finally, I'll start updating once I pull Wriothesley!
Theme: Prison Judge is the best.
