[Honkai: Star Rail] Can a Dragon with No Household Registration Settle Down in the Luofu?

Ao Qing has spent hundreds of years in Luofu, keeping her head down and behaving herself.

In a few days, she'll be turning a thousand, and she's getting ready to invite people over for a proper celebration.

Then, after hundreds of years, she receives a letter from home for the first time.

Her old father asks about her job.

Ao Qing, who's worked hard all this time only to remain a minor clerk in the Earth-Balance Commission, writes a shameless reply to put her father's mind at ease:

I ensure good weather on an alien planet, manage a vast stretch of its seas, and command tens of thousands of fish, shrimp, and crabs. You could call me Luofu's outsourced Dragon King.

It's not entirely true, but it's not exactly false, either.

As long as she stays calm and doesn't cry or make a fuss, there won't be any freak weather to ruin Luofu's good climate. She also runs a seafood farm in the outer sea beyond Scalegorge Waterscape, supplying local consumption and commercial exports.

Aside from being on some Vidyadhara assassination list for hundreds of years, she's had a pretty good life here...
