A Story of Fake Liquor Becoming Real Liquor

I haven't figured out the blurb yet, but I've finished the outline. Here's a rough explanation of the premise.

The heroine is the orphaned daughter of a senior member of the Black Organization. Vermouth was close friends with her father and doesn't want the heroine caught up in all this trouble, so she sends her to England to grow up safe and sound, like an ordinary child.

The heroine grows up happily and healthily in England. In all her years before adulthood, her greatest heartbreak is when the boy next door she's secretly in love with suddenly returns to Japan without a word. Then, after graduating from university, the organization recalls her to Japan, and she officially joins the Black Organization.

The heroine is cheerful and lively, but she has a natural jinx constitution, and wherever she goes, bad luck follows. The Black Organization can't take it anymore. They happen to need to plant a spy in the Japanese Public Security Bureau, so they send her to police academy.

After graduating from the academy, the heroine successfully joins the Japanese Public Security Bureau. But they can't take her jinx constitution either, so they send her back to the Black Organization as an undercover agent.

When the heroine returns to the Black Organization, she's surprised to discover that a few familiar faces have turned up there too!
