The Rhine divides Sri Lanka into two parts, the upper reaches are rich areas and the lower reaches are slums.
However, not all the rich areas are filled with rich people. The reason why they are called rich areas is just compared to the people in the slums. It can be seen that even with a name, people in wealthy areas must show their superiority to them.
The people of Sri Lanka are relatively wealthy, and of course there are some truly wealthy people.
Therefore, even though they live in the rich area, the people in the rich area are also divided into different grades.
It will not make any difference to the people who live in the slums, because they are all poor people without money, regardless of their nationality.
Of course, just like the rich areas, there are also many people in the slums who should belong to the rich areas. Just because their skin color is naturally not as fair as that of ordinary Sri Lankans. Therefore, the government thinks that they are Sri Lankans pretending to be Sri Lankans from the slums, so they do not issue Sri Lankan resident certificates to them. Therefore, they should be Sri Lankans, but they live in the slums.
