[A previous hit: Nine Zero Fragrant Harbor, The Beautiful Detective]
Every crime scene contains emotional traces invisible to the eye.
The victim's fear before death, the killer's ferocity while committing murder, the anger and resentment when victim and perpetrator argued, the shock and fury of a murdered wife when she caught her husband cheating just before she died...
Sour, sweet, bitter, spicy... Every emotion has its own unique flavor.
Jiang Baihe transmigrates to Xiangjiang in the early 1990s, where she discovers that her nose can detect these emotional traces. She can sense the victims' joys and sorrows, as well as the changes in the killers' moods.
After joining the Serious Crimes Unit, Baihe uses her ability to follow the clues and unravel the mysteries, one layer at a time. She gives the victims justice and brings one killer after another to account...
Theme: Leave criminals with nowhere to run
