After I Played the Rich Heir for a Fool on a Dating Show

Zhou Ji graduated from a proper performing arts program, competed in an idol group survival show, and appeared on dozens of variety shows, yet no one in the entertainment industry knows who he is.

Jiang Siyu comes from a top-tier wealthy family. A born winner who never has to set foot in the mortal world, he looks down most on little stars like Zhou Ji who are eager to climb the ladder.

Yet the two of them are forced to film a dating show together.

The young master thinks he's had to endure it all with great difficulty. But once he gets past the beginning, the ending is no longer within his control.

By the time the show is nearly over, Zhou Ji has become a pro at placating the young master, and even receives a confession text from him in the final episode.

Zhou Ji deletes the text and heads straight to the set of his new drama without looking back.

.

After the dating show wraps up, Zhou Ji's new drama becomes a smash hit.

His acting wins widespread acclaim, and he shoots straight to number one in popularity, topping every platform. The show ends, but he stays on the trending lists.

The online users who initially insisted they only liked his character, not the actor, are now completely hooked.

[With acting like that, a body like that, and a face like that, he deserves all this incredible success!]

[...The times have changed. Now it's that useless Jiang Siyu who doesn't deserve him.]

[People said Zhou Ji had offended the young master and would be blacklisted. That was only half a month ago!]

·

Half a month earlier.

The young master waits foolishly, holding a huge bouquet of roses. His confession text gets no response at all. He refuses to believe he's been rejected, and the next morning he's still too proud to admit it.

The young master resolves to forget him, get revenge, and resort to any means necessary.

But when they meet, all it takes is a friendly look from the other man for him to want him again.

No matter what top-tier resources he wants, whether it's a big-budget production or a brand endorsement, the young master can get it all for him.

But Zhou Ji is indifferent. He no longer needs those things, so there's no reason to keep indulging the young master.
