Ten years later, the Bounty and Punishment Tokens have appeared in the martial world once more. The Punishment Tokens are placed before notorious villains, with the date of their deaths written on them.
The methods are exactly the same as those used by the Punishment Envoy from ten years ago. Not one villain who received a token survived, and for a time, everyone in the martial world who had done evil lived in fear.

They say true recluses hide in the city. Luo Kui is highly skilled in martial arts, but weary of the martial world. Because of a mistake she made, she now leads a life of idleness and seclusion ahead of schedule, and has not drawn her sword in ten years.
She opened a clinic called Herb Hut in Wanshan Village, near the imperial capital.
As a half-baked doctor who treats illness with martial arts and makes medicine from books, she of course has a way to keep Herb Hut in business.
Her blood can cure all poisons and also ease internal injuries.
So her reputation as a fake miracle doctor has never been exposed.
Luo Kui thought she would go on living this safe, numb life. She never expected that one rare time she stepped in to help, she would meet a young man who seemed to be someone she once knew.
The youth wore red like fire, as bold and warm as the blazing sun. He was so dazzling that he hardly seemed like an assassin.
The youth brought color to Luo Kui's uneventful life, and she always seemed to have endless patience for him.
For example:
Every time Luo Kui develops a new wound salve, it's gone by the next day!
Every time Luo Kui brews a new medicinal decoction, it's gone as soon as she turns around!
Every time Luo Kui gathers fresh herbs, they're gone the moment she steps out!
Every time she makes a delicious meal, before she can even take a bite, she returns from the kitchen with a bowl of soup and finds the entire table empty!
Luo Kui can only smile helplessly and patiently play cat and mouse with the youth.
Luo Kui: "When did Duan San, the top assassin of Huangquan Tower, start working as a thief at my place?"
Duan San: "Big Sister, have you ever heard of the Bounty and Punishment Envoy?"
Luo Kui: "I have."
Duan San: "Besides being Huangquan Tower's top assassin, I'm also a Punishment Envoy. So, since I'm ridding the people of evil, please let me off!"
Luo Kui: "..."
???
If you're the Punishment Envoy, then who am I?
