I'm putting this badly written mess on hiatus for now. I need to sort it out first.

Ye Shushu transmigrated into a tragic novel that was practically a collected edition of beautiful-but-miserable characters, groveling redemption arcs, and substitute lovers. She became a cannon-fodder character who merely passed through the worlds of the three protagonists.

When the villain cornered her at a cliff and tried to silence her for good, she awakened her golden finger: the ability to control certain characters in the book.

So she took control of the villain's body and jumped off the cliff.

With her golden finger, Ye Shushu began to derail the original plot.

When a scumbag begged his junior sister to get back together, she controlled the junior sister, who clutched a red lotus flame and chased the scumbag over a dozen mountains to burn him to ashes.

When the white moonlight returned, she controlled the senior sister, who tore off the white moonlight's false mask, slapped everyone in the face, and flipped them the bird.

One night, Lu Weilan, dressed in women's clothes and wearing a dark expression, kicked open Ye Shushu's door.

With a sword tip at her throat, Ye Shushu swallowed nervously. "Hi, gorgeous?"

It was all because Junior Brother Lu was just too beautiful. She couldn't resist making him wear a pretty little dress and playing a dress-up game with him...

Ye Shushu, the reckless one: "Isn't being beautiful-but-miserable all about emphasizing the 'beautiful' part?"

Thanks to Ye Shushu's meddling:

The junior sister devoted herself to sword practice. At the tournament, she sliced through the sword in the scumbag's hand and burned off all his hair.

The senior sister chose to travel the world and gain experience. A few years later, her cultivation soared, surpassing that of the master and senior brother who had treated her as a substitute.

And Junior Brother Lu, who massacred the cultivation world in the latter half of the original book, willingly became Ye Shushu's puppet.

The evil cultivators heard that Ye Shushu was a useless pretty face with a special constitution, perfect for use as a cauldron in their cultivation.

On their first day infiltrating the Xuantian Sect, the evil cultivators were warned never to offend Senior Sister Ye.

Evil cultivator: "For real?"

Then the evil cultivator who kidnapped her had his entire hideout wiped out by her.

From then on, Ye Shushu went from being the strongest puppeteer in her sect to the strongest puppeteer in the cultivation world.

Ye Shushu: "...Could I really be a genius?"

This is my own take on cultivation, with plenty of original worldbuilding.
