There's someone I like, someone so far beyond my reach that no matter how much I love him, I can never touch him.
But one day, a miracle brought him right in front of me.
One day, when she was seventeen, Ogata Eri made a wish to the sky.
When she woke up the next morning, she discovered she could change the world however she wanted, just by thinking about it!
Because she couldn't control this power, Eri caused a lot of trouble and was arrested by the Special Division for Unusual Powers.
Eri thought she'd be going to prison, but to her delight, she discovered that the Special Division had commissioned the Armed Detective Agency to have Dazai, the man with the ability "No Longer Human," keep an eye on her around the clock.
That was Dazai! The Dazai she'd had a crush on since she was fourteen!!
