What would the world be like if every urban legend were real?

Zuo Tan had encountered all kinds of bizarre hallucinations: whispers from nowhere in her dorm, a head poking out from beneath a bathroom stall, strange laughter on the other end of a late-night phone call, and a blurry black shadow spying on her from a corner...

She had never thought any of it was real, because she was a patient, and those things were hallucinations caused by her schizophrenia.

Until one day, she suddenly realized that maybe she wasn't sick after all.

Whether it was an ancient village surrounded by mountains or a steel forest blazing with neon, both were merely the world of appearances: the reality humans could touch with their bodies. But in Zuo Tan's eyes, the world was full of bizarre urban legends.

She used to think they were all hallucinations caused by something wrong with her brain. But later, one after another, those legends began appearing in real life.

She thought it over carefully. Rather than let these bizarre legends consume her, she might as well take the initiative.

"Hello, I'm containment officer Zuo Tan. I don't know what kind of urban legend you are, but since your existence has already disrupted people's normal lives, you can either come with me or let me take care of you."
