[Western Crossover] How on Earth Was Gotham's Mayor Elected?

Fini Wayne entered the Gotham mayoral race on a dare during Truth or Dare. She thought Gotham was full of talented people, with puppets groomed by the great families above and the ever-running Penguin below. There was no way she would get the job. But that day, a riot broke out at Arkham Asylum in Gotham, leaving only half the puppets in the running, while Batman sent the Penguin to Blackgate Penitentiary. Against all odds, she won and became Gotham's mayor!

Fini: The person involved regrets it. Regrets it more than anything. What real skills does someone like me, who planned to mooch off my parents for life, have? I don't even want to look at spreadsheets!

Theme: Love can overcome anything
