Chen Bifang, the Fire Wuchang who guards Shanhaiguan, is killed on the spot when a steel rebar from the construction site next door pierces her head, the day before a boxing match.
Even before she dies, she's still fretting over the hidden "Special Grade Cursed Object" she pulled from the Kamen Rider Geats belt she bought, while fiddling with it and taking it apart. After her death, an unknown System tells her it has bound the wrong Host. To make it up to her, the System is "forced" to sign an "unequal treaty" with Chen Bifang.
When she wakes up, she discovers memories of experiences she's never had inside her head and concludes that her past self was an idiot.
Now Miyagi Bifang instead of Chen Bifang, she can't believe it. She decides to go out and get familiar with her surroundings, and meets a handsome classmate of hers: Ukyo Hidetoshi.
And so begins her life as a Kamen Rider, saving the world.
