If not for death, Ito Qi would never have guessed she was in a manga world. To survive, she had two options:
1. Make friends with popular characters to extend her life points.
2. Ito Qi had to find the protagonist and befriend them, maxing out their affection for her, to put an end to death once and for all.
But Ito Qi didn't even know who the protagonist was, so she had no choice but to keep making friends.

A supporting male character with the same name? Kamisato Uzuru figured playing a character with his own name wouldn't be a problem.
But how was he supposed to play three characters?
And one of them was the sweet female lead!
To return to the real world, Kamisato Uzuru swallowed his pride and changed into male and female outfits. With the System's help, he shuttled back and forth between Tokyo and Yokohama.
He turned himself evil for himself, imprisoned himself, gained supernatural powers and sorcery for himself, and fought himself.
For example:
Kamisato Uzuru fell in love with Hashimoto Shizuki and gained the supernatural ability "Love Is the Name of My Illness." He healed others with heart-shaped beams of light and earned himself a position as the team's healer.
Then Hashimoto Shizuki turned around and dumped Kamisato Uzuru, running straight into Hoshino Toru's arms. Kamisato Uzuru successfully went dark, and his ability mutated into "Niu Gulu: Love Is the Name of My Illness."
Kamisato Uzuru was supposed to imprison himself according to the script, but suddenly found himself surrounded and cornered.
His friends from when he was Hashimoto Shizuki came rushing in.
"Hand Little Shizuki over!"
"Kamisato Uzuru, don't make me shoot."
"Shizuki!"
Then there were his friends from when he was Kamisato Uzuru.
"Uzuru, it's okay. If she doesn't like you, there's no point forcing it."
"How could Uzuru go and like someone else behind my back?"
"If Uzuru wants to imprison someone, it must be the tiger's fault."
No big deal. Kamisato Uzuru barely broke through the encirclement, immediately changed into his Hoshino Toru secret identity, and followed the plot to save himself (Hashimoto Shizuki).
Then he heard his good teacher speak to him with a beaming smile.
"It wouldn't be bad if Kamisato and Shizuki got together."
Even so...
But...
Why were these "background NPCs" looking at him more and more strangely? And they were interfering with the plot, too. How rude.

1. The protagonist is adored by everyone, with arrows pointing at him from all sides, both men and women. There are both CP and no-CP elements. Written at an elementary-school level.
2. Kamisato is warm on the outside and cool on the inside, and a bit of a chuunibyou. At first, he treats people like Dazai as nothing more than characters on a page, but his outlook will change later.
3. If you're strict about purity, don't read! The protagonist may develop feelings or get together with people along the way, but the ending may be no-CP or may not pair him with anyone from the story.
4. Kamisato Uzuru's secret identity is mainly for Bungo Stray Dogs; Hashimoto Shizuki's secret identity is mainly for Detective Conan; Hoshino Toru's secret identity is mainly for Jujutsu Kaisen.
5. Canon pairings are broken up.
