After returning to China, Wen Wan takes on a lucrative custom job through her roommate's introduction.

Just as she's considering canceling the job, she notices that the man looks at her as if she's a stranger. Only then does she relax.

Rumor has it that Bo Zi'ang had his feelings toyed with in Las Vegas and swore to find the person responsible and take brutal revenge.

Bo Zi'ang tells Wen Wan this rumor as if it's a joke, then asks carelessly, "I'm asking you. Were you playing me?"

When she doesn't answer, Bo Zi'ang grabs Wen Wan and leans in to kiss her.

Wen Wan struggles free and immediately slaps him. "Bo Zi'ang, don't be so pathetic."

Bo Zi'ang reins in every nerve in his body. He seems clear-headed and restrained, but his gaze burns with scorching intensity.

Then he kisses her a second time. Bo Zi'ang is prepared this time and pins both her hands in his.

Afterward, he breathes unevenly. "From now on, every time you hit me, I'll kiss you once."

Let's see who can outplay whom.
