[Western Crossover] Raman

[Editor, I saw the message in the backend saying this will be free to read on Wednesday, May 15. Just wait until then.]

[My new romance-focused novel of the same type is out next door: Simulator Routine Starting from Misunderstandings About Superheroes] [( ◢д◣) It's good, really. Give it a try.]

With some superheroes temporarily missing, Raman steps up to play a superhero, having been steeped in fanfiction. Raman thinks he understands the characters, his acting is flawless, and no one will question him.

But Raman doesn't know:

The Bat is... afraid of the [Kryptonian], and ■■. Someone disguised as a human, who won't even bother to put on a convincing act.

Or rather, only in front of the Bat does he act like something "inhuman."

The Man of Steel doesn't like [Steve]. His build, his pure gaze, his trusting manner... all of it makes Tony feel... irritated.

Why is he so friendly? Is it just because I'm the first person you saw when you woke up?

[Spider] is acting stranger and stranger. He's even become extreme.

Rogers (and the others) want to talk to him, but [Spider] pins them down with webbing.

...What's going on? he wonders.

In Raman's mind:

Whether he's playing a big-hearted sweetheart:

The [Kryptonian] rushes to the Batcave with a farm-style apple pie. The red cape and the bat cape happily sit side by side in a little corner, earning a deeply conflicted look from the Bat.

[■■■■] sits calmly at the Avengers' meeting. Faced with Stark's heated accusations and his followers' anxious stares, he smiles brightly and sweetly. "Tony, I'll always believe in you." He gets a look from Stark like he's seen a ghost.

Or playing a darkened Spider:

[Spider] faces the Avengers' attempts to comfort him and says, "With great power comes great responsibility. Who do you think you are to say that?" Then he flips them off.

So Raman is very confident.

One: I'm not reading the comments anymore. They make me feel awful, so there'll be ten red envelopes with every new chapter.

Two: It's an almost-romance, I think that's the word. The protagonist is focused on his career.

Three: Take a look at my upcoming novels?

Four: I don't know what else to say.

Theme: Only by facing yourself honestly can you hope to gain the friendship of others.
