I have a bad memory, so I'm making a list of the novels I've read and the pitfalls I've run into. My tastes run toward handsome, beautiful characters and gong doting on shou, with a slight preference for shou. But I like mutual affection; one-sided devotion is hard for me to stomach.

A fan of handsome, cool, beautiful, adorable, and sickly bottoms. Handsome, cool bottoms are treasures of the world. Plot-driven stories with outrageous twists, where the bottom is strong and the top is even stronger. Contains a small amount of BG romance (for fans of the female lead).
Airheaded Beauties or Adorable Babies
This list only recommends beautiful bottom protagonists. I recommend both harem stories and 1v1 romances. Tsundere, sickly, spoiled, silly, devoted-wife, yandere, cute, adorable, and delicate bottom protagonists, plus a small number of darker fetish stories, which will be marked.

I generally prefer bottoms, with the occasional switch. How much depends on my mood and what squicks me out. The more recently I read a story, the more detailed its content warnings; for older reads I don't remember well, look up warnings before reading.

Lots of spoilers. These are my reactions that I sent to a friend while reading. Hate beautiful weaklings, female rivals, dead flower-vase characters, and pretentious, foul-mouthed characters. If there's a white moonlight, it's called a yandere but is really just mentally ill. Steals the love interest and hogs all the spotlight, while constantly being glorified.
