On the day of Princess Changle of the Sumi Kingdom's wedding, a sudden transformation took place. The king and queen seated on the high dais turned out to be rat spirits in disguise. The prime minister and the Imperial Preceptor stabbed them to death, cut off their heads, and kicked them down from the city walls. Their bodies were hung at the city gate and left to bake in the sun for three months.
But Princess Changle, Puseng, was rescued by her fiancé after revealing her true form. She escaped and vanished without a trace.
The king and queen, once exalted above all, were now headless corpses at the city gate, on display for all to see. And Princess Changle, once radiant, had become a rat in the gutter, hunted by everyone.
What a shame about the princess's wonderful fiancé. Anyone who heard the story could only sigh and say: How devoted!
"Amitabha. How kind, how kind." The monk, however, was unfeeling.
Theme: Love, friendship, life and death, and righteousness
