Unit Four: First Love Turns into a Giant Octopus
Three days ago, he successfully confessed his feelings. Today, he learns that his girlfriend is sick. In the morning, her skin becomes sticky and slick. By afternoon, his girlfriend has turned completely into a giant octopus.
Eight long, powerful tentacles, and translucent, gelatinous skin.
He screams, “Monster!” and runs away from his girlfriend’s house.
He spends two days burning with fever. In his dreams, his girlfriend is sometimes a gentle human and sometimes a cold octopus.

Unit Five: An Unknown Black Lifeform
A cold-hearted, dispassionate female researcher × an unknown black liquid, astonishingly intelligent and brimming with curiosity
One night, sixty-four sheep vanish from a farmer’s pen. The only thing left at the scene is a lump of unknown black mud.
The heroine, a researcher, throws herself into studying this mysterious substance, neglecting sleep and food.
She gradually discovers that this unknown lifeform is conscious and extraordinarily intelligent. Not only is she studying it, it is studying her too.
Just as she is about to investigate further, the research institute orders its complete elimination.
The heroine, devoted to research, makes a few discreet adjustments and fakes evidence that the black lifeform has been successfully eradicated. In reality, she transfers it to her own private villa.
On the very first day after the transfer, the black lifeform escapes its nanoglass box.
