I Spread Scarlet Rot Through the Jujutsu World

The main story is told in third person.

After logging over a thousand hours in Elden Ring, I started loading random mods into the game for a change of pace, and crashed it. Then I transmigrated.

Under normal circumstances, I should have inherited the game's protagonist's stats, followed the usual routine of fighting monsters, suffering, collecting runes, and leveling up, died a hundred times or so, and naturally developed into an invincible, all-rounder build, becoming the god of my new world.

But because I had loaded an Outer God mod into the base game, I was forced to become the Scarlet Goddess, sealed away in the game's lore for spreading rot and death everywhere.

Even though they called me a goddess, I looked at my reflection, saw my freely abstract, indescribable appearance, and burst into tears, though I didn't even have eyes that could cry.

I can't live like this. I need to become human!

After I used rot to kill off a pile of corpses and the simulacra the Black Organization had provided as vessels, I finally gave up on using scientific methods to solve the problem.

An Outer God should really act like an Outer God!

What's this, a fly head? Gobble it up. What's this, an Earth God? Gobble it up.

What's this, Mahito? He can reshape his appearance by changing souls! What's this, Brain? He can parasitize other people's bodies and steal their abilities! If I combine those two, won't I be able to change my face endlessly? If I want to devour their abilities, shouldn't I turn them all into my rotten followers?

Looking at the colorful ecosystem of cursed spirits in this new world, I was moved to realize that hope was once again in my hands.
