[Genshin Impact] Transmigrated as the Doctor, Forced to Follow the Script

Transmigrated into the body of a Dottore with the same name, surrounded by wolves and enemies, responsible for countless horrific crimes, and constantly targeted by people plotting to kill him. On top of that, there's a System in his head, forever urging him to follow the script...

He's doomed.

With all this knowledge, couldn't he just become a model citizen and work toward a harmonious, happy society?

He composed himself, steeled his resolve, and opened the door. A child in a white hunting robe, looking shy, ran straight into his arms.

Was this the puppet who would one day become arrogant, rebellious, violent, and cruel?

He never should have had to live that kind of life.

Dottore gingerly placed a hand on the boy's head and gave it a gentle ruffle.

He had made up his mind: Rule number one for surviving in another world was to cleverly evade the System's script and give this child a happy life.

He secretly arranged for Niwa to leave, healed the child, took on countless difficult tasks in his place, and etched the image of himself as a vicious, brutal, and capricious colleague into the puppet's mind.

At last, he watched kindly as the puppet let go of his past and set off alone.

But he never expected the puppet to have discovered the truth long ago. When Dottore was about to escape and leave, the puppet suddenly grabbed his hand. His smile was vicious and terrifying:

Hey, liar. When did I ever say you could leave?

A violent love story.

I'm a little torn over which of them should be the top or bottom. Let everyone decide.
