As the price for defeating the Demon God, Bai Daoyun, the young prince of the Xihe Kingdom, has been tormented by nightmares every night since birth. The one who reaches out to help him in his exhaustion is a white wolf.
"I'll help you break the curse."
Jiang Jun, an eighteen-year-old college student, wakes up one morning to find that he has transmigrated into a white wolf.
"Awooo! Heaven wants me dead!" Furious, he accidentally wanders into the dream of Bai Daoyun, Crown Prince of the Xihe Kingdom. As he helps Bai Daoyun break the curse, Jiang Jun discovers that he can gradually cultivate a human form. From then on, in order to become human as soon as possible, Jiang Jun dutifully reports for work every night, unwillingly taking care of the child, and vows to raise his one and only little disciple into a wise ruler of the Xihe Kingdom.
But why did nobody tell him that this adorable, rosy-cheeked little dumpling would grow up to be a black-sesame-filled bun?
A little scene, ten years later
Jiang Jun's hands trembled as he did his best to resist the other's ever-closer, burning chest.
"Master, what are you afraid of? Hmm?" Bai Daoyun gave a meaningful smile. Staring at the man's bright red ears, he found Jiang Jun utterly adorable at that moment.
