Tang Nian's father, Tang Xiansan, left behind his final work, "Burning the Sky", and a suicide note three years ago. Tang Nian secretly read the note at his aunt Tang Hui's home and learned that there was more to his father's death. Determined to uncover the truth, he set out to find the painting, but it was in a private collection. After meeting the real buyer, Zhao Hong, the two began searching for the genuine work. Ugly secrets came to light: beneath the splendid robes woven from talent crawled lice born of desire.
