A somewhat open ending, but be warned: characters get badly hurt and may die.
My own fabricated finale: an alternate timeline where Gin takes Conan hostage while on the run.
If we knew how things would end, and where our journey would take us, would we still make the same choices?
Would we choose a different path? Can we escape our own fate?
Or is there something deep within us, like an invisible hand, that will lead us to our destination?
If we must all face fate again in the end, and face our own hearts, does it matter which path we choose?

What a great write-up, Mrs. The tension and atmosphere between the two people are portrayed just right! Although it feels like the journey is just plain escape and conversation, it gives people a sense of ups and downs and thrills. Reading it in one breath is like the beginning of a story. There are still unknown stories waiting for them in the next cycle...
