The battle against the History Retrograde Army has dragged on for a long time. Over the years, many sword warriors engaged in prolonged combat have developed problems, both large and small.
To address these issues, the Government of Time established a facility to help these swords.

Special swords found to have developed problems are usually sent here by force. They are assigned to different areas and classified according to the severity of their problems.
Grade C: Ten days of treatment at the center
Grade B: One month of treatment at the center
Grade A: Six months of treatment at the center
And... the S-grade, of which there have only been four to date.
They must undergo five years of treatment.
This story begins with the fourth S-grade patient, Yamanbagiri Kunihiro, and his roommates.
