Raising a Trashy City Lord with a Life-Sim Player

Hu Ziyouli got a town-building simulation game, originally just something to pass the time. At first, she only planned to play around with it.

But then...

[You have obtained a beginner city: Konoha]

[Identity matched: Spirit of Konoha Village]

[Warning: Your village is under attack by the Nine-Tails. The village chief has been attacked, and the village has sustained 60% damage.]

The enemy was taunting her right to her face. Even a laid-back player would get mad!

Standing at the edge of the simulation sandbox, Youli steeled herself and spent six yuan on a first-time top-up gift pack. Her luck exploded, and she got the top-tier SP card [Uchiha Obito].

She thought that with her poster boy watching over the village in secret, it would be safe from outside threats.

However...

[Ding! Elder Danzo is displeased with your renovations to the Hokage Building last night. Your decision-making authority has been undermined.]

Hu Ziyouli: Mute him, I have to mute him!? Why does this mute package max out at only 50 years?

[Ding! Konoha's finances are in the red. Would you like to submit a military budget request to the Fire Country's daimyo?]

Hu Ziyouli: Can I only ask the Fire Country? Send a mass request to the daimyo of all five great nations. Whoever refuses to pay, we'll fight.

[Ding! The Uchiha clan, one of the village's wealthy families, keeps their lights on all night. Would you like to investigate their secret?]

Hu Ziyouli: Good point. Everyone in the village goes to bed as soon as night falls, so they must be bored out of their minds. We need to set them up with 008 shifts!
