How to Cuddle Your Childhood Friend at Nekoma

Arisu Yui has two childhood friends. One is a pudding-colored cat who lazily lounges in front of the game console. The other is a big black cat who shines as he runs across the court. [Elementary School] Kids aren't conscious of the opposite sex yet, so playing together is only natural. [Middle School] They're childhood friends, so walking to and from school together, sharing snacks, and ruffling each other's hair while using pet names are all part of everyday life. [High School] Since they're childhood friends, keeping potential suitors at bay is no big deal, right? “Yui, remember to come watch our game tomorrow.” The big black cat patted her head. “Yui, Mom says you should come over for dinner tomorrow.” The pudding cat said casually, absorbed in his game. “Yui, your bow's crooked. Come closer and I'll fix it for you.” Nimble fingers tied her bow neatly. “Yui, don't like the new flavor? Here, let's trade.” He took the ice pop she'd already bitten into. They're childhood friends, so being a little close is perfectly normal. Right? Until... Arisu Yui, who wanted to date someone just because she was bored, was stopped. “Wouldn't being lovers be pretty much the same as how we are now?” The pudding cat gently took her hand. The big black cat hugged her from behind. “If we weren't better than the other guys, Mom wouldn't approve, would she?” Whether it was the pudding cat or the big black cat, the way they looked at her had changed. Reader's Guide 1. The story starts in elementary school. It's a slice-of-life story with plenty of childhood scenes. 2. Showing off the cover made by @Weimu Denghuo! Here are some other Haikyuu!! works I'm planning: "The Romance Tug-of-War with Kenma" "How the Inarizaki Foxes Show Affection" "Is There Something Wrong with Starting a Band in a Volleyball Anime?" "After Moving in with Oikawa Tooru" Theme: Cherish the feelings you have for one another.
