But when she arrives at the filming location with her suitcase, she discovers it's a mountain village that's developing its tourism industry. The conditions are basic, but the scenery is lovely.

Good mountains and clear waters produce beautiful people. She sneaks a peek and memorizes the name of the pretty guesthouse attendant there to welcome them: Ruan Mingyue.

On the first day of filming, Lin Miao gets up early, determined to work hard as a newcomer. Passing through the town market, she takes two steps back and rubs her eyes before she can believe that the vendor who firmly refuses to bargain with an older woman is her newly crowned goddess, Ruan Mingyue.

Ruan Mingyue is just like her name, and like the tip of a crescent moon: beautiful to look at, yet like a thorn that keeps piercing Lin Miao's heart.

Love is a very special thing. She thought it began with attraction to someone's looks, then grew with time, but perhaps it had all been someone's careful plan from the start.
