One Gun Against Ten Thousand Swords [Justice]

Blood River x Shattered Dream

A highly skilled player x a game NPC

[NPC's perspective in the blurb, player's perspective in the story]

During a friendly duel with a neighboring sect, Su Jintuo spotted a young man on the sparring platform, holding a long spear. His features were sharp as a sword, his lips red as blood, and he was so beautiful he looked otherworldly. Even Su Jintuo, a man himself, couldn't take his eyes off him.

But the next moment, that beautiful scene was ruined.

The young man held his spear and thrust it forward, shouting the name of his move with impressive gusto.

"A spear smeared with shit kills whoever it hits!"

After a few moves, he slammed the spear down hard again.

"Flying Crow Sits on a Plane!"

The audience below gaped in disbelief. By the time the young man knocked his senior brother down, it was clear why: psychological warfare had done most of the work.

The young man pulled back his spear with a smug grin, then glanced down at the crowd, his spirits high. He happened to see Su Jintuo's astonished expression and smiled at him without hesitation.

Su Jintuo felt his heart skip a beat.

Applause and cheers filled his ears.

And so, their story began.

[They dote on each other, with a slight bias toward the player. At first, the player only sees the other as an NPC.]
