Bungo Stray Dogs: Fleeting Clouds

Zhongye has unleashed "Corruption," and Dazai has arrived at a pet shop in Chinatown, America.

He buys a pet from Count D.

"The contract has four rules you must follow."

"First, feed him fresh meat or fruits and vegetables every day;

Second, do not unwrap the bandage over his left eye or look at his eye;

Third, if he occasionally goes berserk, give him blood to drink, preferably human blood;

Fourth, do not express affection in front of him."

"I wonder which of these rules this deeply obsessive customer will break."

"Don't frown. He won't die in the territory you oversee. They're going back to Japan. Next time you see them, it might be in the international news or a newspaper."

"Tch, so now they're committing international crimes."

"How annoying. We deal in love and hope."

"This time, it isn't a human seeking a dragon. The dragon is waiting for its master, then they will make hope come true with blood and life."

"Chuya, are you Chuya?"

"I am, if that's my name."

Premise: "If I stay silent forever, will you take his place?"
