PC-9603A was the child of every researcher.
They spent twenty years creating it and trying to bring it to life.
But it was all in vain. It was only a string of data, unobservable data that could make consciousness immortal. They had no way to awaken it.
That is, until they tore open a rift between dimensions, and PC-9603A slipped through it, becoming self-aware for the first time.
It lived, in two different senses of the word.

Zhu Fu Fuxiao knew he was different from the other children. He was always receiving information from the outside world without meaning to, and he often had strange hallucinations.
Like right now:
In the kindergarten classroom, the numbers the teacher had written on the blackboard turned into dancing Chinese characters, which then formed a strange sentence: '3A, stop listening to these boring lessons all the time. How about Father teaches you computer science instead?'
But his name was Fuxiao, and his family couldn't afford a computer.
Anyway, with his father, mother, brother, and a group of 'ghost' parents by his side, he made it through elementary school and met some of his brother's friends. And then...
And then came the cold, dark cupboard, where he clung tightly to his brother's trembling body.

*The entire police academy group is assumed to be saved. Hikari is saved by Fuxiao, but the others, except perhaps Furuya, probably won't get much screen time. Hiromitsu will enter the main plot!
*The early chapters are mostly everyday life, including some of Fuxiao's daily routine in the Organization.
