(Main gong)
The gong suddenly finds himself inside a cultivation novel full of love interests and a harem battlefield. The original protagonist is a miserable little cultivator whose furnace physique and beautiful looks drive all kinds of crazies into a frenzy.
The gong hurriedly looks up his identity and discovers he’s the protagonist’s obscure senior brother from the same sect, a weapon cultivator, commonly known as a blacksmith.
He breathes a sigh of relief. Auto mechanics and weapon crafting are practically the same thing (not really), and he soon makes a name for himself in his new line of work.
Gong 1 and Gong 2 damage their life-bound swords in a fight?
Great! I mean, what a coincidence. A passing weapon-crafting master sets up his mobile stall and offers his services to all cultivators.
Aside from the slightly steep prices, there’s nothing wrong with it.
Gong 3 and Gong 4 take their beloved junior apprentice into a secret realm, and the gong sets up shop at the entrance, selling all kinds of ready-to-use talismans online.
“Need supplies? This is the last supply station outside the Heavenly Treasure Secret Realm. Once you pass it, there’s no going back. You wouldn’t want to have an emergency in front of the person you’re pursuing and not even be able to throw out a couple of talismans, would you?”
Same deal: apart from the high prices, there’s nothing wrong with it.
By shamelessly fleecing this bunch of depraved, beast-hearted freaks, the gong makes a fortune. He marvels that even if he’s in a harem-battlefield novel, as long as you’re resourceful, you can make a fortune even in hell.
...Then his junior apprentice drags him all the way to the deepest part of the Demon Realm and locks him up.
The usually sweet, cute, and harmless junior apprentice asks him with red-rimmed eyes, “Senior Brother, why would you rather stare at that piece of metal every day than look at me?”
The gong suddenly remembers. “Oh, my Heavencold Iron has been in the fire for forty-nine days. It’s ready. Hurry and bring it over.”
Junior apprentice: “Of course, Senior Brother... Wait, even now, you’re still thinking about your iron?!”

The person who crawled back out of hell is no longer human. Wearing a human skin cannot change what lies within. He knows he’s betting everything on dragging everyone who tormented him in his previous life down to hell.
He pretends to be innocent and naive, disguising himself as prey so those with ulterior motives will approach him. Everything goes smoothly, until a strange variable appears, and he finds himself unable to look away from the other man...
He made his lair so comfortable and went to all that trouble to lure those people there. Why not let them rot in the glittering world of cultivation instead? It would be much better for him and his senior brother to live happily together in hell.
A single-minded, orderly neutral senior brother gong who only wants to smith iron x a sweet junior apprentice shou who’s a master at pretending to be a psychopath. The shou is mentally unstable, and the gong is his only safe harbor.
Main gong. The plot comes first early on, and the romance develops slowly, but it’s sweet, healing, and redemptive. The shou pursues the gong, and the gong spoils the shou. Later on, they go wild, shooting arrows at each other.
The shou had a miserable past life. The story is essentially hurt/comfort, so it may not suit readers who prefer spotless characters.
Theme: Sincerity is the ultimate weapon.
