After Being Reborn, I Moonlighted as My Peers' Dad

A bomb disposal police officer who died at the age of twenty-two was reborn. While his consciousness was hazy, the System forced him to sign a contract and gave him a secret identity separate from his real self: a dark-skinned man with amethyst-like drooping eyes, whose identity was… the father of one of his dark-skinned fellow officers. In his memories, the blond Public Security officer, still a police academy student, looked solemn. “Family, huh… Maybe I could introduce you all to my father sometime.” The half-long-haired young man, now fully awake: “Oh my god, are you asking me to introduce myself in the mirror?!” The half-long-haired young man in his memories: “Then I’ll introduce my sister to you all. She really wants to meet you, too.” The same half-long-haired young man: “No, no, no, my friend, no, kid, listen to me! She has absolutely no family ties to me, or to our family!” The curly-haired young man sneered. “You’d better explain right now what you’ve been sneaking around doing lately!” The half-long-haired young man let it slip. “Oh, it’s nothing. I went to see my son.” The curly-haired young man: “What?!” On the eve of graduation from the police academy, the blond cadet poured his heart out to his fellow officers. “You all mean more to me than family!” The half-long-haired young man was devastated. “Why are you putting us down to praise them? No comparing people like that! Now I’m sad!” The blond cadet: “What are you talking about?” And so, using the identity of “a certain father,” the half-long-haired young man moved with ease through the gray areas of society, paving the way for a changed future for himself and his fellow officers. His achievements continued to grow, and the System rewarded him System: “You can create a new secret identity now. Please choose its surname.” The half-long-haired young man: “I haven’t really thought about it! What do other users usually choose?” System: “They can take either their father’s or mother’s surname. Would you like this one to have your mother’s surname?” The half-long-haired young man fell silent for a moment, then created a secret identity named Amuro Haruka, his face expressionless. “Well, let’s use the victim’s surname!” As he played the role, his attitude also began to change without him noticing The half-long-haired young man in his memories: “Class monitor, you don’t happen to like him, do you?” (A gossipy look.) The half-long-haired young man after being reborn: “Class monitor, you don’t happen to like him, do you!” (The solemn gaze of a father.) *He’s only borrowing his fellow officer’s father’s identity temporarily. He’ll give it back once everything is over. *There are two storylines running in parallel. They’ll still stay in bomb disposal and do their jobs as police officers. *At heart, this is a comedy. It laughs wildly while respecting everyone. *I don’t know when I’ll start writing it. Theme: Friends are the family we choose for ourselves
